Lucy

Lucy: This photograph brings out the more serious side of the cat. Lucy is very intense, with her ears tilted forward and her eyes focused ahead, at her prey.
The photograph: The picture itself is very well focused if not in too much focus. I love being able to see the individual hairs on Lucy, but I would not mind seeing a version of this piece without such a crisp and busy background, I believe it takes a bit of focus off of the subject.
Composition: The vibrant green clovers make Lucy pop off the screen and come to live. Lucy's face is not centered in this picture but it does not have to be. Space is left in front of Lucy and adds movement, almost signifying that she has yet to reach her target.
This photograph is beautiful and powerful. Keep it up.
